Tevir Group’s new residential development in Loulé is a contemporary, affordable housing project designed to complement the town’s distinctive Algarvian character. The four-storey collective housing building will comprise 20 modern T2 and T3 apartments, set within a 3,736 m² site.
The development features landscaped gardens, communal green areas, a shared swimming pool, private parking for 30 vehicles, and secure gated access. Designed by RCDS Architects, the project blends traditional regional forms with modern materials and sustainable construction methods, delivering high-quality, functional, and comfortable homes.
Aligned with the Loulé PDM as a Type A Urbanisable Expansion Area, this development supports the sustainable growth of the town and enhances its urban fabric.
