Gamesys announced for 55 Athol Street
Tevir Group have agreed a tenancy agreement with Gamesys for the first floor of ‘55 Athol Street’, its Grade A office development in central Douglas....
Run by volunteers, Mannin Cancers is the sibling charity of the very successful ‘Manx Breast Cancer Support Group’. They are well-known within the Isle of Man community and work collaboratively to promote awareness of their causes and to generate the funds that enable these to be delivered. In the past 13 years they have raised over £9 million for healthcare on our Island and most notably enabled the building of the Manx Breast Unit. They are currently fundraising to build and maintain the Mannin Cancers Macmillan Support Centre at Nobles Hospital in Douglas.
We are delighted to announce that we are one of the lead sponsors on their new major fundraising endeavour “Mannin Bikes ‘Wheelie Good Cause’”. For this, they were inspired by our Island’s heritage and status within motorcycle racing. They have secured an arrangement with a worldclass designer and manufacturer of visual displays to create to-scale fibreglass models of racing bikes.
We had the absolute pleasure of attending the launch event for the bikes, held at the stunning residence of the Lieutenant Governor & Lady Lorimer.
