Planning Approval Granted for New Residential Development in Loulé, Portugal
Tevir Group is pleased to announce that planning approval has been granted by the Municipality of Loulé for our latest residential development - a contemporary housing project designed to promote sustainable urban living while reflecting the Algarve’s distinctive architectural character.
Located along Rua da Cássima, the development will include 20 modern 2 bed and 3 bed apartments, landscaped green areas, a shared swimming pool, and private parking within a 3,736 m² site. Designed by RCDS Architects, based in Loulé, the project combines traditional Algarvian forms with modern materials, energy-efficient construction methods, and environmentally responsible design principles.
Aligned with the Loulé PDM as a Type A Urbanisable Expansion Area, the project supports the town’s sustainable growth and community development.
Construction is expected to begin in 2026, following the completion of final design and tender preparations. This is one of two developments Tevir Group is undertaking in Loulé - the second being a charitable foster home project for children - reflecting our ongoing commitment to investing in both quality developments and the local community.
