Tevir Group have agreed a tenancy agreement with Gamesys for the first floor of ‘55 Athol Street’, its Grade A office development in central Douglas.
Ciaran Doherty, Managing Director, Tevir Group, said: ‘We are delighted to welcome Gamesys to 55 Athol Street. They are a leading and well-respected brand within their industry and it is really positive news that they have chosen to open an office here in Douglas, further developing their operations on the Isle of Man which were first established last year. With only one office suite remaining, the response we have had since the refurbishment was completed 15 months ago has been fantastic.’
Ben Wood, General Manager, Isle of Man Office at Gamesys Group said: ‘I’m very pleased to have reached agreement on this new lease and to be moving to 55 Athol Street. This will enable us to bring our Isle of Man operations together under one roof and to further expand the team to support our growing community of players.’
The Athol Street site underwent a significant transformation following Tevir Group’s acquisition of the property and incorporates a number of features to support wellbeing. These include a fully equipped gym, changing rooms with showers, secure bike park, breakout areas, and excellent levels of natural light.
