Tevir Group is delighted to confirm that Lloyds Bank will be moving into Villiers House, situated on the corner of Loch Promenade and Victoria Street in Douglas, by early 2021.

The property forms part of the Tevir Group-owned ‘Villiers Square’, the complex of buildings and land encompassing: Villiers House; Clarendon House; a development plot adjacent to Villiers House and the Villers ‘town square’ area.

The property has lain empty since early 2017. From the moment we purchased the property in October 2018 we started a programme of substantial investment and extensive refurbishment. These works have included a complete overhaul of the flooring, ceilings, internal cabling, lighting and air-conditioning systems, plus renewal and refit of over half of the glazing. The exterior of the building has also benefited from a blast-cleaning process to clear away the accumulated grime that had previously discoloured it.

We are looking forward to working with Lloyds Bank to ensure that their move to the property by early 2021 is as seamless as possible. To assist with this process, we are giving their contractors unrestricted access to set up site at our development land adjacent to the property so that they can undertake the proposed external and interior alterations on their behalf.
