Let's talk Recycling...
We had the pleasure of welcoming Clara Isaac from recyclecollect.im to 55 Athol Street yesterday where she talked all things recycling to some of our tenants. ...
Lucie Conoley is a well-established artist, now based in West Sussex, who has been an absolute pleasure to work with on multiple occasions. She is best known for creating bespoke maps called The MIPS ‘Most Important Places’ that detail all that makes an area unique. We first worked with Lucie in 2019 for Wallabies Gone Wild scheme which was organised by Hospice Isle of Man, in partnership with Wild in Art where multiple wallaby sculptures were brought to life by international and local artists with their creative interpretation and then placed all over the Island for an organised trail for everyone to enjoy.
We were so thrilled with the MIP design of the Isle of Man that was painted on the wallaby sculpture (who takes pride of place in 55 Athol Street reception) that we asked her to produce something similar for Douglas to display on canvas in the office, a large piece and a trio set. In the design you will see all the main streets, key buildings such as the Tower of Refuge, and highlighted in red are the buildings in Douglas proudly owned by Tevir Group - 55 Athol Street, Villiers Square and The Castle Mona.

We also want to thank Apex Interiors and Apex Ceilings and Partitioning for their amazing efforts at designing and fitting out our new office at 55 Athol Street. Having been moved in for over a year now, we are so happy with it and especially love the open plan working design and breakout area, along with the bespoke walnut features throughout the office. As always, Apex have been a pleasure to work with throughout the process and have such a great team that make the whole experience seamless. Visit their Facebook page here for more information
