Welcoming Trident Trust IOM as our newest tenant and reaching 100% occupancy

We are delighted to have Trident Trust as our newest tenant at Clarendon House, bringing our commercial portfolio to 100% occupancy!

Trident’s new office space looks excellent and has such an inviting and fresh feel to it. With a fantastic view overlooking Douglas Bay, they are in a prime location and have fitted out their office with modern white furniture, an open plan design and incorporated plenty of greenery to brighten it up. 

We are beyond grateful to all of our tenants and everyone else for their support on our journey so far.
